If you choose to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do!), the membership rates in effect will apply, as rates may change.

If you're traveling or injured and prefer to place your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership FREEZE Request [HERE].

If you're certain you want to cancel, please fill out and submit the form below. This will be your 30-day written notice, as your membership agreement requires. Please note that if a payment is due within these 30 days, it will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
