CLIENT'S RIGHT TO HOLD:

Members may place their membership on hold once per calendar year for a maximum of 30 days, with a minimum hold of 15 days and a maximum of 30 days. A 10-day notice before billing is required to freeze the account. The account will automatically reactivate once the hold period ends and payments will resume. For annual agreements, the contract is paused during the hold and resumes once the hold ends.

Prepaid Membership and Sessions Agreements:

The Prepaid Membership and Session Membership Agreements are NOT subject to any hold options.
