Our high-intensity group training classes are designed to develop well-rounded, strong, fast, and conditioned athletes. Each 60-minute session now includes about 30 minutes of functional bodybuilding, focusing on controlled strength training that enhances muscle development and mobility.
Following the functional bodybuilding section, athletes will transition into a conditioning segment with varied, high-intensity workouts that last from 10 to 30+ minutes. These workouts are designed to challenge athletes with a broad range of movements, loads, and time domains.
We welcome athletes of all levels, and every workout can be scaled to fit beginners through advanced athletes, making it the perfect fit for anyone looking to build strength, power, and endurance in a fun, dynamic setting.
