HIIT Classes
Our take on high-intensity group training is a 60-min class that focuses on developing a well-rounded, strong, fast, and conditioned athlete. The program offers the opportunity to gain exposure to movements with the broadest degree of complexity, loading, and variance. Workouts can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 30+ minutes and vary in format and type. All movements, loads, and time domains are a fair game. This class is perfect for those looking to build a well-rounded fitness brand with a fun twist to interval training. We can scale the workouts for athletes of all levels welcoming beginners to advanced athletes.
Personal Training
You and your dedicated personal trainer will work together to create a tailored plan to achieve your fitness goal. Using the latest science, your trainer will design a unique program to advise on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your individual fitness goals. Your trainer will track your progress over your sessions to ensure the best results because objective metrics produce accurate results. Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes long. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results. We pride ourselves on having the best trainers in the industry who will coach you through all the movements and exercises, whether a beginner or a seasoned professional, to help you reach your goals. Our private training sessions are ideal for individuals looking for customized training, and our fun group exercises are filled with people of all levels who want to get the most out of their fitness regime and will push you to achieve your records.

I coach Vaz, full-time health and wellness coach specializing in performance nutrition and physical training. I work with high-level endurance athletes as well as individuals who are looking to better their health.
